Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with all phases of project execution.
- Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documents.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes and action items.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Assist with procurement and subcontractor management activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company standards.
- Maintain organized project records and reporting systems.
- Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation.
