We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant PART TIME WEEKEND Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents and observations for management review.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
Requirements
- Valid security certificate or relevant training is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts.
