Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer knowledge and interest.
- Process transactions accurately using the CRM system
- Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Uphold store standards by keeping the sales area clean, organized, and professional
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing information about products and services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently through engaging product demos.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
