Landscape Field Supervisor
$27–$32/hr | Full-Time | Year-Round Employment
Design Works Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Field Supervisor to lead our mowing and landscape maintenance operations throughout Southern New Hampshire.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading crews, maintaining high standards, solving problems in the field, and helping team members succeed. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while supporting the growth and development of your crew.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise mowing and landscape maintenance crews
Organize daily work assignments and review job plans with team members
Train, coach, and support employees to improve performance and quality
Answer crew questions and solve field challenges throughout the day
Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets company standards
Communicate job progress, labor needs, equipment concerns, and site issues to management
Ensure crews have the tools, fuel, materials, and equipment needed to operate efficiently
Monitor productivity and ensure LMN reporting and daily paperwork are completed accurately
Serve as the primary field contact for customers when on-site
Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season
Qualifications
3+ years of landscape maintenance experience
Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license required
DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
Snow removal experience required
Ability to pass a background check
Irrigation, LMN, and Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
