As a Driver Relationship Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our drivers and different departments within the company. You’ll help resolve driver concerns related to miles, layovers, equipment damage, deductions, home time, and other day-to-day issues. Your role is essential in maintaining clear communication, solving problems quickly, and building strong relationships between drivers and the company.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the trucking industry
- CDL driving experience is a big plus
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
