We are seeking a responsible, customer-focused team member. You will assist in the day-to-day store operations, support the management team, and ensure our customers enjoy a sweet and memorable experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Open and close the store efficiently following company protocols.
- Assist in daily operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Ensure store displays are visually appealing and reflect current promotions or seasonal products.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and receiving shipments.
- Assist in training new team members and reinforce company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Resolve minor customer or staff issues and elevate to the manager when necessary.
Skills:
- Previous retail or food service experience
- Passion for gourmet products and interest in chocolate is a big plus!
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
