Responsibilities:
- Performs in-process, final, outgoing shipment and receiving inspections.
- Reports all findings and deviations on appropriate forms.
- Reports discrepancies to the Quality Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Provides assistance to and fills in for the Quality Supervisor, when required.
- Builds customer orders by scanning military products using Odyssey System.
- Every person employed at BWI shall engage, support and contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system through training to approved procedures and accurately producing the required records.
- Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements
- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Perform quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and procedures
- Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and gauges as needed
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality inspections
- Other duties, as assigned.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
