Role Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a critical organizational team member responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and organization of the CEO’s day-to-day operations. This individual serves as a trusted liaison, managing executive priorities, coordinating key initiatives, and supporting business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, technologically proficient, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
Must-Have
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· 4+ years of experience in office administration
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking and follow-through skills
Nice-to-Have
· Notary (Ohio)
· Experience working in our current organization systems (Canva, Calendly, Adobe)
· Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) experience (ideally RedTail)

Work Environment
This is an in-office, highly collaborative role at our Sylvania Township, Ohio headquarters and will work closely with the CEO, advisors and team members to deliver a “white-glove” client experience.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000+, based on experience
