Civitan Services is seeking an experienced, passionate leader to join our team as a Special Education Supervisor / Early Childhood Specialist in Benton, AR.

As a Special Education Supervisor / Early Childhood Specialist, you will oversee daily classroom instruction, supervise staff, ensure quality care, coordinate individualized services, and help create meaningful outcomes for the people we serve.
What You'll Do:
✔ Provide individual, small group, and whole group instruction in the classroom
✔ Supervise, mentor, and develop direct support staff
✔ Ensure compliance with regulations and documentation standards
✔ Support families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams while coordinating individualized services
✔ Monitor health, safety, behaviors, and quality of services
✔ Lead with integrity, compassion, and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Master Degree in Special Education
- Valid Arkansas driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
