Key duties include sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restocking supplies, and operating cleaning equipment. They also handle basic maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, clearing debris, and reporting safety hazards.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors; cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, and surfaces.
- Waste Management: Emptying trash and recycling bins, and cleaning garbage rooms.
- Maintenance Tasks: Performing minor repairs, changing air filters, lubricating hinges, and monitoring building systems.
- Exterior Maintenance: Removing debris from sidewalks, and maintaining grounds.
- Safety and Inventory: Following safety procedures (e.g., using Wet Floor signs), managing cleaning supply inventory, and reporting hazards to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper sanitation methods, and basic, repair, tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
