Experienced Commercial Landscape Laborer
This is NOT an entry-level position.
Virginia Landscape Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Laborer to join our growing team.
We maintain apartment communities, HOAs, office parks, retail centers, and other commercial properties throughout Central Virginia. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work and have experience operating professional commercial landscaping equipment.
Applicants without commercial landscape maintenance experience will not be considered.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of commercial landscape maintenance experience
- Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers
- Experience using string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience maintaining HOAs, apartment communities, retail centers, or office parks
- Experience with hedge trimming and pruning
- Experience pulling landscape trailers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay
$18.00–$20.00 per hour. Based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
