We are looking for a fun, energetic, personable, and experienced Host to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position Overview
The Host is the first point of contact for our guests and plays an essential role in setting the tone for the entire dining experience. We are looking for someone who is warm, confident, organized, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people.
The ideal candidate understands that great hospitality begins the moment a guest walks through the door. You should be comfortable in a busy restaurant environment, able to manage multiple priorities at once, and committed to making every guest feel welcome and valued.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet every guest with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
- Create a welcoming first impression that reflects the Pizzeria Bianco experience.
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain an organized and balanced seating flow throughout the restaurant.
- Communicate clearly with servers, managers, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- Monitor table availability and coordinate seating with the service team.
- Accurately communicate wait times and restaurant policies to guests.
- Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, reservations, and dining experience.
- Assist guests with special requests whenever possible.
- Manage incoming phone calls and reservation inquiries professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area.
- Assist with menus, seating areas, and other front-of-house needs as necessary.
- Remain calm, friendly, and professional during busy periods.
- Support the service team and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Represent Pizzeria Bianco with professionalism, energy, and genuine hospitality.

- Previous host, restaurant, or hospitality experience required.

Schedule: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation: $20-$45 per hour including tips
