Senn Fortis LLC ("Senn Fortis") is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join our growing litigation practice. Our litigation group handles a wide range of sophisticated matters, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, contract disputes, and lender/creditor litigation.

Position Overview
The Litigation Associate Attorney is responsible for managing litigation matters appropriate to their experience level, producing high-quality legal work, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the continued success of the Firm. Associates are expected to assume increasing levels of independence and responsibility as they develop professionally.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, mediation statements, settlement agreements, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare written legal analysis.
- Assist with all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution.
- Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings commensurate with experience.
- Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with supervising attorneys.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and team members.
- Manage case deadlines while maintaining accurate and timely billing practices.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for admission.
- 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably involving commercial, construction, business, or employment litigation.
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Deposition experience, including preparation and participation.
- Experience appearing before courts or administrative tribunals.
- Strong organizational, time management, and case management skills.
- The ability to manage matters independently while appropriately collaborating with supervising attorneys.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary of $125,000–$175,000, depending on experience
