Furniture Retail Environment
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Back of House / Warehouse Associate Team Member to help ensure the smooth flow of furniture and product behind the scenes. This role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting the sales floor, and delivering a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming furniture and merchandise
- Prepare product for delivery, pickup, or showroom placement
- Assist with loading and unloading furniture safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support showroom teams with product movement and floor requests
- Identify and report product damage or discrepancies
- Follow company procedures for inventory handling and storage
- Assist with transfers, staging, and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and care when handling merchandise
- Willingness to take direction and support store priorities
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or furniture handling experience preferred (not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture with assistance
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to operate hand trucks, dollies, or other equipment (training provided)
