Join the client as a Senior Commercial HVAC Chiller & Boiler Technician – Lead. Lead complex commercial HVAC, hydronic, chiller, and boiler systems while providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, repairs, and field mentorship.

Qualifications
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Advanced experience diagnosing and servicing commercial chillers, including centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating systems
- Experience with hot-water boilers
- Strong ability to read electrical schematics, hydronic blueprints, and technical equipment manuals
- Ability to work safely and independently
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills
- 15+ years of hands-on commercial HVAC, boiler, and chiller field experience preferred
- Formal HVAC/R technical program or recognized industry apprenticeship preferred
- Experience mentoring and training junior technicians preferred
- Strong team mentality
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair commercial chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and hydronic systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, and combustion issues
- Service and optimize variable-frequency drives, air-handling equipment, pumps, and integrated control systems
- Serve as the primary onsite technical representative for commercial facility managers
- Mentor and guide junior technicians
- Maintain accurate equipment findings, service reports, and recommended system solutions
