Job Summary
Join our customer’s innovative team as an Adobe Specialist (Photoshop) supporting AI Training and evaluation initiatives. In this contract-based remote role, you will apply your expertise in digital design, image editing, and AI-powered creative workflows to help improve and evaluate next-generation AI systems.
This is an hourly-paid contract opportunity, not a traditional full-time design or training position. Candidates will work on project-based AI training tasks while collaborating remotely with distributed teams in a flexible work environment. No prior AI experience is required — your creative domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and refine content related to Adobe Photoshop workflows, image editing, and AI-powered creative features.
- Contribute to AI training and evaluation projects through creative reasoning tasks, response evaluation, prompt testing, and related workflows.
- Create learning materials, tutorials, workflow examples, and documentation tailored to diverse creative use cases.
- Assess outputs for quality, technical accuracy, visual consistency, and usability while providing constructive feedback.
- Stay current with the latest Photoshop AI tools and industry trends to improve workflows and project quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand workflow challenges and support AI-related creative initiatives.
- Facilitate clear communication and knowledge sharing in remote collaborative environments.
- Communicate technical and creative concepts in an accessible and engaging manner for varying skill levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including experience applying AI-powered features to real-world creative projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital design, image editing, and manipulation techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to clarity, detail, and collaboration.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, creative review, or educational roles within a design-focused environment.
- Ability to explain complex creative and technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Self-motivated and organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving in remote settings.
- Passion for staying current with emerging trends in digital artistry and AI-powered creative technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and distributed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Background in AI-powered design tools or related creative technologies.
- Certification in Adobe Photoshop or digital training methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation or AI training-related creative tasks is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
