Lead the daily operations of a licensed childcare center.

Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop teachers to reach their highest potential.

Ensure classrooms consistently provide exceptional care and high-quality early childhood education.

Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.

Build positive, professional relationships with families while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

Ensure all licensing requirements, company policies, and state regulations are followed consistently.

Oversee enrollment, staffing, scheduling, classroom quality, and center performance.

Complete required documentation, licensing records, attendance records, and administrative paperwork accurately and on time.

Address concerns promptly, professionally, and respectfully.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and excellence.

Previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare center is required.

Florida Director Credential

Strong knowledge of Florida childcare licensing regulations.
