American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Oregon, requiring an active OR RN license and a 13-week day shift commitment with every other weekend rotation.

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) providing direct care to acutely ill, moderately stable patients with elevated risk for instability
-
Advanced monitoring, assessments, and interventions are core functions of this unit

Day shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Every other weekend required

13-week contract

Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Minimum 1 year of PCU experience required

Basic EKG experience preferred

Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing)

Provide direct nursing care to acutely ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions
