What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning sales incentive trips and conferences.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns across digital and print platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Help manage event registration, communications, and attendee engagement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for event themes and branding.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- A proactive, creative mindset and a passion for events and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
