Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services to ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in car care, window tinting, and custodial services within a professional environment. Prior experience in janitorial work, car wash, or detailing is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The position emphasizes attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including interior and exterior washing, vacuuming, polishing, and buffing
- Apply window tinting and other cosmetic enhancements as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for each vehicle
- Use specialized tools and products to ensure optimal results
- Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle care and detailing services
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe following company protocols
- Drive company vehicles when necessary for pick-up or delivery of vehicles
Qualifications
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of detailing techniques such as buffing and cleaning products is desirable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn new skills such as window tinting or advanced detailing methods
