Position Description
BluCurrent is seeking a full time Systems and Security Analyst as technical liaison between users, IS staff, and vendors. We are looking for a candidate who can assist with the implementation, maintenance, improvements, and daily items related to the
Information Security Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual support to end users via the phone, in person, or online to answer questions or resolve problems.
- Assist with the Information Security Program and ensure that proper steps, practices, and procedures are in place and being followed.
- Complete daily Information Security tasks including anti-virus updates, software patches, vulnerability scan resolution etc.
- Assist with establishing, monitoring, and maintaining internal controls.
- Install new equipment including any needed wiring and other setup needs.
- Research and diagnose IT problems within infrastructure; troubleshoot and provide solutions. Test solutions to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in project management and provide support, installations, and updates for computerized departmental systems and related projects.
- Support the Credit Union’s local area and wide area network hardware and software to ensure back end functions, systems, PCs, servers, and all peripheral products are operational.
- Remain knowledgeable of operations and the computer systems within client departments to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related field or the equivalent experience preferred.
- At least one year of experience in Information Systems or related field preferred.

- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Financial institution experience preferred.

Compensation
This position begins at $58,000 Annually.
