Join our dynamic team as a Tumbling Instructor and ignite the passion for tumbling, cheerleading, gymnastics, and physical fitness in students of all ages! In this energetic role, you will inspire confidence, develop motor skills, and promote a safe, fun environment where students can learn tumbling techniques such as flips, rolls, handstands, and vaulting. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a love for movement while ensuring safety and proper technique at every step. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes’ lives through engaging instruction and active mentorship.
Duties
- Lead engaging tumbling classes for children and teens, focusing on skill development, safety, and fun.
- Demonstrate proper techniques for flips, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and other acrobatic movements.
- Monitor students closely to ensure correct form and prevent injuries through effective behavior management.
- Create customized lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and learning styles.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols related to gymnastics and physical activity.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building among participants.
- Communicate progress regularly with students and parents or guardians to highlight achievements and areas for improvement.
Experience
- Previous experience in coaching or teaching gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, ninja warrior, or other sports coaching roles is appreciated but not necessary. Being great with kids is far more important... we can teach you the rest!
- Proven ability to motivate students of diverse ages while maintaining a safe and structured environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
