We’re currently seeking a friendly, reliable Service Greeter/Porter to join our Service Department.
The Service Greeter/Porter is the first point of contact for our service customers and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Position: Service Greeter/Porter
Location: Robert Basil Buick, GMC, Cadillac- 3475 Southwestern Blvd. Orchard Park, NY 14127
Service Greeter Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time or Part Time opportunities available- 5-day work week some Saturdays required
What you'll do:

Warmly greet customers as they arrive in the service drive

Assist customers with check-in and direct them to the appropriate service advisor

Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized service drive and vehicle flow

Perform light cleaning, lot maintenance, and other tasks as needed

Support the service team with errands, vehicle staging, and general assistance

Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects the Basil Family’s values
What we're looking for:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and professional appearance

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
