On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+ annually

Playground Boss is a national leader in commercial playground equipment, serving schools, churches, municipalities, parks, HOAs, childcare centers, and commercial organizations throughout the United States.
We're seeking a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and closing business in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to company-provided inbound leads and customer inquiries
- Develop new business through outbound prospecting and relationship building
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best playground and recreation solutions
- Prepare professional quotations and proposals
- Manage opportunities and customer communications using HubSpot CRM
- Consistently follow up to advance opportunities through the sales process
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Partner with our Operations and Project Coordination teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through project completion
- Represent Playground Boss with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong phone presence and confidence presenting solutions to customers
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business productivity tools
