Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Handyman/Painter to join our dynamic maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in residential and commercial painting, carpentry, and general repair work to enhance and restore properties. Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial painting using brush, roller, spray guns, and airless paint sprayers, ensuring smooth finishes and color accuracy.
- Prepare surfaces meticulously through sanding, scraping, caulking, plastering, and surface cleaning
- Install fixtures, trim carpentry, framing, drywall repairs, and perform restoration or remodeling projects as needed.
- Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing respiratory protection and adhering to safety protocols during all tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating, construction site work, or handyman roles with a focus on painting or renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction painting surface preparation techniques and coating applications.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including conventional spraying), and airless paint equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction painting environments and the use of respiratory protection equipment.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
