Purpose of Position:
To process journal entries for month end closings to accurately account for monthly financial results and comply with Company deadlines as well as support and assist with forecast and budgeting, when necessary.
Accountabilities:

Assist with processing journal entries for the closing of every month to meet reporting deadlines set by Company.

Assist with maintaining Pro Lease, system of leases to ensure the adherence to Company policy and US GAAP with regards to leases and Right of Use of Assets.

Manage with Fuel Inventory process for the closing of every month.

Assist with monthly and quarterly Consolidations financial reporting requirements to meet reporting deadlines set by Company.

Assist with SOX compliance reviews and provide support to internal and external auditors to comply with SOX compliance.

Special projects.
Minimum Skills Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

Minimum 5 to 7 years prior Accounting and/or Finance experience working in a fast-paced, results oriented environment (full accounting cycle).

Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of US GAAP.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Advanced Level of Microsoft Excel.
