Part-Time Optometric Technician
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our growing optometry practice.
Schedule:
- Mondays & Thursdays
- Weekday hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Our practice is staffed by three doctors and is open Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and occasionally Tuesdays.

Ability to commit to the position for at least one year. ***Not a summer job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care by greeting patients in a friendly, upbeat manner
- Perform pre-screening procedures for the doctor
- Handle appointment scheduling, reminders, billing follow-up, phone calls, and emails
- Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring equipment readiness
- Assist with daily sales reporting
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and administrative support
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional, outgoing, and team-oriented demeanor
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with technology (computer, iPad; EMR experience preferred)
- Interest in a healthcare career (Pre-Med, Pre-PA, Pre-Optometry, etc. preferred)
