A small family-owned Japanese restaurant in Hillsdale, NJ is seeking a dedicated Front of House waitstaff member to join our team. The primary responsibilities for this role include welcoming guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and efficiently utilizing our POS system. Additionally, you will be responsible for explaining menu items, managing phone and to-go orders, and maintaining clean table settings while multitasking effectively in a high-energy environment.
Compensation includes hourly pay plus tips, which are distributed through an equal tip-sharing system.
