Hyperion Solutions Group is seeking a Distributed Common Ground System Analyst who can research, analyze, and evaluate data to produce detailed and/or short-fused studies, presentations, information papers, decision papers, assessments, and technical reports as it pertain to the development of DCGS-A. Work may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. The ideal candidate will collect, monitor and study data to create custom reports that identify trends, highlight changes in posture or procedures, identify evolving or new capabilities, and identify threats and risks. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Incumbent may also be required to attend various types of meetings at the Directorate level. The right candidate will have an active TS/SCI Clearance at the time of employment. Candidate must also have at least ten (10) years of experience as an Army Intelligence or similar intelligence analytical experience at the tactical through strategic levels.
Executes and on occasion, leads research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports as it pertains to development of DCGS-A. This may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations. Deliverables produced shall be in a variety of formats in response to a wide range of requirements and delivery schedules. Provides mid to high-level analytical assessments and advice on complex issues, which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Attend various types of meetings at the ARSTAF and DOD level.
Capable of producing and defending detailed and/or short-fused studies, presentations, information papers, and decision papers for senior DoD, DA, and IC senior leadership
Demonstrated SME level of knowledge of DCGS-A systems, capabilities / employment, training, associated R&D efforts and program budget processes
Knowledge of intelligence fusion systems within each corresponding service and associated architectures
Knowledge of OSD, Joint and Army organization roles, missions and functions
Demonstrated experience with intelligence fusion system fielding processes and schedules
Demonstrated knowledge of Joint and Army processes –JCIDS, TAA, PED, JUONS/ONS, and CONOPS
Demonstrated briefing and writing skills.
Experience in preparation and presentation of briefings on projects, studies and analysis to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers. May attend various types of meetings and symposia at the ARSTAF and DOD level.
Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree; advanced intelligence discipline training; or other equivalent DoD or service Intelligence experience
Minimum Experience: Fourteen (14) years of experience as an Army Intelligence analyst with experience from tactical to strategic.
