Our concept is to open what will be the best coffee shop experience in Sonoma. To have an offering that was unmatched by others in this space when it comes to drinks, food, and hospitality. To offer timely, quick, but meaningful service, where quality and commitment are felt in everything we do. To be a place of comfort and community, a place that pulls you back in day after day. To make our locals wake up and be excited to come to their favorite coffee shop in the morning and our visitors come in every time they come back to town.

To work with us, you must genuinely care about the people who enter our doors. You must be fueled by a need for guests to rave about our shop in all aspects from the service, the drinks, and the food to the appearance of the space itself. To succeed at Sam’s General Store, you should be committed to providing customers with an outstanding experience. People should not only remember how good their coffee & food experience was after they leave, but also how courteous, informative, and polite you were.
This position is a base Hourly Pay + tips and base will be dependent on experience level. Pay range is $22-$27 Total pay inclusive of tips.
Please note all shift are equal for tips as Tips are pooled between all shifts and locations.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
