We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Dental Assistant to join our busy, patient-focused practice in Oak Lawn. This role is ideal for a skilled dental assistant who enjoys helping the clinical team stay organized, providing excellent patient care, and supporting efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care
- Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Assist with sterilization protocols and infection control procedures
- Help monitor clinical supplies and communicate inventory needs
- Serve as a resource and mentor for team members when needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of dental assisting experience
- Experience with digital radiography
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
