We are actively recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time day and night shift contract positions at a state-operated drug and alcohol treatment center in Greenville, North Carolina. Your expertise and leadership will help ensure high-quality care to those in need.
These competitive positions offer premium pay and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Successful candidates must be able to complete onboarding requirements and begin their assignment on August 3, 2026.
Job Details:
- 16-Week Contract (with opportunities for 13-week contract renewals)
- August 3, 2026 Start Date
- Full-time rotating 36 / 48 schedule (three 12-hour shifts / four 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend)
- 12-hour night shift (6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.) and 12-hour day shift (6:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.) positions are available
- Mandatory 4-week onboarding for orientation and training, first shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday, at the beginning of the contract
Certified Nursing Assistant License and Credentials Requirements:
- Current North Carolina C.N.A. Certification
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Current PPD
- Current CPR Certification, BLS - American Heart Association
Primary Job Duties:
- Assisting patients with daily activities (bathing, moving, and walking)
- Taking and recording patient vital signs
- Supervising patients at all times, ensuring safety and well-being
- Assisting patients with basic personal hygiene
