I.T.S. Fire Alarm Security, LLC is looking for an experienced sales assistant. This person will assist our lead salesman with estimating, project documentation, and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with project take offs, estimates, and proposals.
- Document project changes and communicate changes to entire team.
- Communicate with contractors and end users as necessary.
- Input new projects into quickbooks and other project management softwares.
- Assist with communication of project from sales to completion of construction project.
- Must be proficient in word, excel, and office.
Successful applicant will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
Background in fire alarm, low voltage special systems, or project management is preferred.
Knowledge and ability to interpret NFPA life safety codes is a plus.
Candidates should expect pre-employment drug screening including hair analysis.
This position uses Microsoft word, excel, outlook, adobe, quickbooks, and corrigo software.
