The Role
As a Senior Technician, you are the leader on site and the face of our company. You'll run the day from start to finish — driving the crew and equipment to the job, executing high-quality exterior cleaning and lighting work, training and guiding entry-level technicians, taking care of the customer, and driving additional sales in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes full ownership of their results and helps others level up.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the lead technician and point person on residential and commercial job sites
- Train, mentor, and guide entry-level technicians when needed — setting the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism
- Safely operate and drive company vehicles to and from job locations
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment before and after each job
- Conduct pre-job site surveys and post-job walkthroughs with customers to confirm scope and satisfaction
- Perform production work in exterior cleaning (house washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning) and lighting installation
- Solve problems on site and deliver professional, friendly customer support from start to finish
- Take full responsibility for the quality and completion of all work performed
- Generate additional sales on the job and in surrounding areas, including going door-to-door / "clover-leafing" the neighborhood around each job (required)
- Upsell additional services and units to customers on site
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in exterior cleaning, lighting, or a related field service trade (leadership experience a plus)
- Ability to lead by example and teach/train less-experienced team members
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record — comfortable driving company vehicles and trailers
- A confident, personable communicator who's comfortable talking to customers and knocking on doors
- Strong problem-solver who stays calm and finds solutions in the field
- Sales-minded — motivated by hitting goals and earning bonuses
- Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in owning the outcome
- Able to work outdoors, on ladders, and lift/carry equipment
- Strong work ethic and a leader-by-example attitude

Compensation
- Base pay: $[18–28]/hour (based on experience)
