Duties
- Plan, organize, supervise & operate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate the production team, foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production processes for efficiency, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all manufacturing operations.
- Perform regular maintenance and schedule equipment inspections and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for performance tracking and audits.
- Collaborate with your team & provide quality assurance to uphold product specifications and address any quality issues swiftly.
Skills
- Proven experience in printing manufacturing & production management.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate your team.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards applicable to manufacturing.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting purposes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset toward resolving operational challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
