About the Opportunity
Our team is hiring Sales & Customer Service Representatives to support a client in the consumer technology industry. This is a full-time, in-person retail position working inside established retail partner locations where you'll educate customers on technology products and services, answer questions, recommend solutions, and complete new customer enrollments.
This is not a door-to-door, telemarketing, or remote position. Representatives work directly with customers inside retail locations throughout the Downtown New Orleans area.

Daily Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers throughout your shift inside retail partner locations.
- Explain available technology products, services, pricing, and current promotions.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Complete customer enrollments, service activations, and required documentation accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after each sale.
- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing paid training.
- Meet individual sales, customer service, and performance goals.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to improve customer experience and sales performance.
- Follow all company policies, retailer guidelines, and compliance standards.
Management Training Program
Employees who consistently demonstrate strong customer service, leadership, and sales performance may be selected for additional training that includes:
- Coaching and developing new employees
- Interviewing and onboarding support
- Small team leadership
- Territory planning and market expansion
- Client relationship management
- Business operations and performance reporting
- Understanding campaign profitability and business fundamentals
Advancement is earned through measurable performance, leadership ability, and successful completion of training milestones.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers throughout the day.
- Ability to stand and walk for scheduled retail shifts.
- Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
- Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, wireless, technology, restaurant, banking, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
