Guardian is looking for a dependable and hardworking Route Cleaner to join our growing team in Harrisburg, PA! Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned cleaning routes efficiently and on schedule
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Ensure all areas meet quality and cleanliness standards before departing each location
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members while on route
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred
- Ability to follow a structured route and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
