What this role is:
We’re looking for a lead product designer to define how our products look, feel, and function. This role goes beyond static design. You’ll shape product experience end-to-end and work closely with engineering to ship real product.
What you’ll actually do
- Lead product and interface design across key products
- Define visual systems, interaction patterns, and design direction
- Work closely with engineering to bring ideas into production
- Contribute to motion, interaction, or advanced UI work
- Push beyond standard SaaS design patterns
Skills & tools
- Strong product design experience (Figma)
- Understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with motion, interaction, or advanced UI
- Familiarity with 3D or interactive tools is a plus
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
What we’re looking for
- Portfolio with high-quality, shipped work
- Evidence of real product contribution
- Strong design judgment and taste
- Ability to think independently and push ideas forward
This is NOT for you if
- Your work is mostly static mockups with no real-world execution
- You prefer highly structured, slow-moving environments
- You are not comfortable owning major parts of the product

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
