Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the recruiting team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for internships and entry‑level roles. This role provides hands‑on exposure to full‑cycle recruiting, university relations, and HR operations. The intern assists with day‑to‑day recruiting activities, events, projects, and administrative tasks that contribute to a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This internship is ideal for students exploring a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing candidates for internships and entry‑level openings using job boards, social media, and campus networks.
Support initial resume reviews, pre‑screening efforts, and candidate communication.
Schedule interviews, assessments, and hiring activities for candidates and hiring managers.
Help prepare job postings, update requisitions, and maintain accurate applicant data within the ATS.
Participate in university relations efforts, including career fairs, classroom presentations, and campus outreach.
Assist with planning and coordinating recruiting events, both virtual and in‑person.
Support internship program activities such as onboarding, orientation, communications, check‑ins, and wrap‑up events.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience.
Help maintain recruiting dashboards, weekly reporting, and tracking documents.
Support broader HR and TA projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or campus recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfort with technology; experience with Microsoft Office required.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
