Position Overview

What the Job Looks Like
This role combines:
- customer service
- shipping & logistics
- printing production
- multitasking

- sales & upselling
- problem solving
No two days are exactly the same.
You’ll help customers with shipping, printing, mailbox, and business services while helping keep the store running smoothly during busy periods.
You’ll be expected to multitask, stay organized, communicate professionally, solve problems quickly, and maintain accuracy even when things get busy.
This is an active, fast-moving position. Expect to stay moving throughout the day and regularly lift packages weighing 60+ lbs.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
Rotating Saturdays: 9:30am–3:30pm

Preferred Qualifications
- customer service or cash-handling experience
- strong computer and technology skills
- printing, shipping, retail, office, or operations experience
- Canva, Adobe, or other design software experience
- sales or upselling experience
- 50+ WPM typing speed
Notary certification is REQUIRED within 90 days of hire.
