At My Care Finders, we specialize in guiding individuals and families to the right senior living solutions. Our services include assisted living, independent living, Alzheimer’s and memory care communities, in-home health services, skilled nursing facilities, Medicaid planning resources, moving services, and other supportive solutions.
Our services are provided at no cost to families. We are compensated by the senior living communities we partner with when we successfully match them with residents. Through our personalized and consultative approach, the vast majority of families we assist are highly satisfied with their placements. We take the time to fully understand each client’s needs, preferences, and circumstances to ensure the best possible fit for their loved one.
We are currently seeking Senior Care Advisors to work closely with families as they navigate their senior living options. In this independent contractor role, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and business activities while benefiting from comprehensive training, ongoing support, and industry-leading systems designed to help you succeed.
As an independent contractor, you will receive comprehensive training from our leadership team, which brings over 100 years of combined experience in the senior living industry.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a self-motivated individual prepared to dedicate 40+ hours per week to developing their practice and making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their families. Flexibility is essential, as you will regularly work with families during evenings and weekends, conducting phone consultations and accompanying them on community tours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with company owner to understand and execute the mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Demonstrate compassion for seniors while guiding them through the process of selecting their ideal living arrangement. Often touring communities with them and providing assistance with making the best decision on where to call home.
- Work from home while traveling to meetings and community visits.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key referral sources to expand our network.
- Occasionally liaise with communities to facilitate the establishment of agreements.
- Represent My Care Finders as a professional, trusted advisor in the senior care industry.
Qualifications:
- Must pass a background check and have no criminal history.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- College degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong computer skills, with a good to excellent proficiency.
- Self-starter mentality with a passion for business development and community relationship-building.
Compensation (W9 Contractor - Commission-Based Role):
This position offers a competitive commission structure, with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually based on performance. Please note, this is a commission-only role, and while compensation can be substantial, there may be a few months where you will need to rely on savings or a supportive partner as you establish your client base. With dedication and hard work, the compensation range is fully attainable.
