Administrative Operations Support
Location: Helena, MT
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

A2Z Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Administrative Operations Support professional for a confidential client in Helena. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning
- Manage mail and office communications
- Prepare documents and maintain organized records
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to multitask and work independently
