Main Duties
We are hiring for a Guest Service agents to greets guest and check in/out
provide outstanding service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guest needs
Make guest room reservations
Check guest in/out
Accept payment for guest room stays
review reports for credit card authorization
Handle all guest complaints and request efficiently and effectively
knowledge of all hotel safety and security procedures
Use of computer to make reservations
Job Requirements
Attention to Detail
Hotel work experience Preffered with Pep or Hotel key system
Bi-lingual would be essential
Positive Attitude
Hotel experience required
Must be able to Multi-task
Teamplayer
Friendly and professional
Excellent Customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Sales skills would be a plus
Able to stand on feet for long durations
Able to push ,pull and lift up to 30 lbs
