Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands-on electrical assembly, reading schematics, and working in a collaborative production environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a stable and expanding organization.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire electrical components using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform basic electrical testing and inspections to verify product quality and functionality.
- Accurately record labor by clocking into and out of assigned work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following 6S and workplace safety standards.
- Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, and safety issues to supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical assembly department.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Proven factory experience with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly line operations
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly equipment
- Experience with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is highly desirable
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and manual handling best practices
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills for effective electrical assembly
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of electrical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Experience assembling and wiring electrical components in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform basic electrical testing and quality inspections.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
