Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
- Supporting the operations and maintenance of the Las Vegas Monorail system
- Conducting routine testing of equipment
- Performing corrective and preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs and adjustments to all systems, subsystems and components of an electronic, and mechanical nature
- Repairing or replacing defective parts, equipment utilizing manuals, drawings, specs and other written or verbal instructions
- Responding to system failures – recover transit vehicles and restore system operations
Qualifications:
Must be able to work overnight, weekends, evenings, holidays and overtime as needed.
2 years of experience in electrical/mechanical or technical training.
