About Bright Futures ABA
Bright Futures ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company founded by two fathers of children with special needs. Our mission is simple: help our clients showcase their unique strengths to the world, because everyone can do great things when given the right tools.
Bright Futures ABA is led by Clinical Director and Co-Founder Marcus Hibbard, who brings 10+ years of experience using evidence-based ABA strategies to help children with autism meet meaningful goals. Marcus also offers a rare, valuable perspective as a parent of a child with a genetic disorder and developmental disabilities, driving a practice rooted in compassion, family partnership, and strong clinical outcomes.
Co-Founder Andrew Chism joined Bright Futures after seeing firsthand the positive impact therapy had on his daughter, Ellie, who was born with Down Syndrome. With his MBA and experience in business operations, Andrew helps ensure our clinical teams are supported with the structure, training, and tools needed to thrive.
