We will actively have chapel services with powerful praise and worship and a spirit filled word will be preached. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high school mathematics, innovative teaching strategies, and a commitment to nurturing diverse learners.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating educational technology and diverse learning styles.
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction in core math subjects such as Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Discrete Math, and Differential Equations.
- Provide mentorship and academic advising to students, supporting their personal and spiritual growth and educational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching high school students in classroom settings with strong classroom management skills.
- Expertise in math disciplines including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Organic Chemistry (as applicable), Biology, Discrete Math, and Differential Equations.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and implementing IT-integrated lessons effectively.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation aligned with educational standards and regulations.
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior while fostering a positive learning environment for teenagers.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
