About the Position
Bonus Tech Inc. is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our aviation warehouse and logistics operations.
This position involves handling aircraft engine parts and customer-owned materials, making accuracy, organization, and traceability essential. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their responsibilities, follows established processes, communicates proactively, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing lists, manifests, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate outgoing domestic and international shipments.
- Verify part numbers, serial numbers, ESNs, quantities, labels, customer information, and shipping documentation before materials are moved or released.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, missing items, or discrepancies.
- Prepare boxes, crates, pallets, shipping labels, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, drivers, and logistics providers.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and material traceability.
- Ensure materials are properly identified, segregated, and stored according to customer/project.
- Identify and report discrepancies before materials are received, moved, or shipped.
- Maintain a clean and organized Shipping & Receiving
- Work closely with Operations, Packing, Quality, Customer Service, and other departments.
- Support continuous improvement of shipping and receiving processes.
- Follow company safety and material-handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Shipping & Receiving, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Material Handling preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify materials and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow established procedures consistently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets.
- Experience with shipping documentation, packing lists, manifests, and BOLs preferred.
- Experience working with freight carriers and logistics providers is a plus.
- Aviation, aerospace, MRO, or aircraft parts experience is a plus.
- Experience handling serialized or customer-owned materials is a plus.
- Forklift experience/certification preferred.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and/or move materials weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
