What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who bring:
● 2+ years of customer service experience
● Strong communication skills
● Positive, energetic presence
● Ability to thrive in a busy environment
● Availability for nights & weekends (this is retail, we’re busiest when others aren’t) If you’re reliable, coachable, and ready to grow, we’ll give you the platform to do it.
What You’ll Do
● Welcome customers with energy and professionalism
● Create an exceptional, seamless wash experience
● Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
● Answer questions and resolve concerns confidently
● Work alongside teammates to keep the site clean, organized, and high-performing
● Represent the Cloud10 brand with pride
