As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll guide daily restaurant, lounge, bar, café, and banquet operations—ensuring our guests experience the warmth and excellence that define island hospitality.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations across all outlets.
- Lead and support your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling, POS transactions, and opening/closing duties.
- Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams for seamless service flow.
- Uphold resort standards in cleanliness, presentation, and guest care.
- Assist with training, scheduling, and performance feedback for F&B associates.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of F&B experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Health Certificate and ABC Card required.
